Obtained from the bark and sap of the sugar maple, Acer saccharinum, Aceraceae, it contains malic and tartaric Acids, natural Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), used to treat conditions such as rough skin, surface wrinkles and fine lines. Recognised for having exfoliating properties, AHAs leave the skin with a smooth and radiant appearance.
